Five Persons Wanted for Unrelated Incidents by the Economic Crimes Unit

ST. CROIX, USVI – The following persons are wanted by the VIPD Economic Crimes Unit for unrelated matters:

Jahmar Akeem Frederick, age 26 is wanted for Aggravated Identity Theft. Frederick is a Black male, 6 feet tall, approximately 200 pounds, black hair, brown eyes.

Michael P. Delande, age 27 is wanted for Aggravated Identity Theft. Delande is a Black male, 5 feet 11 inches tall, approximately 145 pounds, black hair, brown eyes.

Tatiana Rodriguez, age 35 is wanted for Grand Larceny and Obtaining Money Under False Pretense. Rodriguez is a Hispanic female, 5 feet 2 inches tall, approximately 150 pounds, black hair, brown eyes.

Malik Morton, age unknown is wanted for Aggravated Identity Theft. Morton is a Black male, 5 feet 6 inches tall, has a slim build, black hair, brown eyes, with a light complexion.

Noemi M. Martinez, age 22 is wanted for Aggravated Identity Theft. Martinez is a Hispanic female, black hair, brown eyes, with a light complexion.

These persons are asked to turn themselves in to police. Anyone having information on any of these persons’ whereabouts are asked to contact 911, the Economic Crimes Unit at (340) 778- 2211, or Crime Stoppers USVI at 1 (800) 222-8477.
