Man Facing Sexually Assault Charges Arrested

Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas, USVI - On Thursday July 18, 2019, at approximately 7:00 pm, 18-year-old Marciano Rivera was arrested and charged for Aggravated Rape First Degree, Unlawful Sexual Contact in the First Degree and Child Abuse of a minor.

Suspect
Marciano Rivera

Marciano's bail was set at $250,000.

Unable to post bail, he was remanded to the Bureau of Corrections pending advice of rights hearing.
